YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

What Is A Private Nurse?

A private nurse is a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) who provides personalized,

one-on-one care in the comfort of your home. Unlike traditional home health services, private nursing is tailored to your individual needs and schedule. Whether you're recovering after a hospitalization, managing a chronic condition, or simply want extra support and peace of mind, your care is focused entirely on you.

Who Can Benefit From A Private Nurse?

Private nursing is ideal for:

  • Older adults who wish to remain safely at home

  • Individuals recovering after a hospitalization or surgery.

  • People managing chronic health conditions such as diabetes, COPD, or heart disease.

  • Families who need temporary support for a loved one or child

  • Caregivers who need respite or assistance

  • Anyone wanting personalized wellness visits and health monitoring

Do You Accept Insurance?

Palouse Private Nursing is a private-pay practice and is not contracted with insurance companies. This allows for flexible scheduling, longer visits, and highly personalized care without insurance restrictions.

Upon request, I can provide a detailed superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance plan.
